All prices exclude VAT. UK customers are charged VAT at the prevailing rate; VAT-registered businesses elsewhere in the EU and customers outside the EU are not charged UK VAT once a valid VAT number or country is supplied at checkout. Every invoice carries our VAT number so you can reclaim it.

Fair use on the free tier
Explorer is capped at 500 calls to your cloud provider a day, counted per UTC day and reset at midnight UTC. Every pane refresh costs us a real API call against AWS, GCP or Azure, and that cap is what lets us offer all three providers on a free plan rather than one of them, or none.
A refresh is usually one call but can be several — a pane covering four services makes one call per service.
Nothing breaks when you reach it. Your panes keep rendering the data we last fetched and simply stop going back to your cloud until the next UTC day. No paid plan has this cap.
Business and Enterprise
Larger estates are priced individually rather than off a list. Custom plans go further on the same two axes — more accounts and fresher data (down to one minute on resources) — plus enhanced support with a response-time commitment.
