See LightPane on a real account.
Pane prototypes are easy to mock up. Harder is showing them at work in real situations with live data from a real AWS account. Below are two real world scenarios, alongside our dedicated live demonstration site.
Real world scenarios
The two demonstrations below show LightPane in situations that will be familiar to anyone working in a regulated industry. Each one follows a real world process rather than a feature tour.
In the first we simulate a production incident and show how LightPane gives everyone on the incident call the same view of the cloud environment, from the moment the problem is detected. Instead of one or two engineers with console access relaying what they can see, the whole call works from the same live dashboards.
In the second we walk through a compliance attestation. LightPane combines a company’s data protection standards with near live production cloud data to record, in one place, the standard being applied, the state of the running environment, and the attestation that the control is being met. The result is a digitally signed record that cannot be altered, giving compliance and audit teams a single fixed reference they can return to later.
Both demonstrations run on curated demo data so the scenario is repeatable. In the incident demo you can switch to Live data to see the same panes read a real AWS demonstration account.
dynamiccloud.info
We’ve created a dedicated demonstration site at dynamiccloud.info to show embedded LightPane panes running against a real live AWS account — the same code path your own embeds use.
Click the button below to open the site and see examples of the live dashboards you could build. When you’re ready, head to the Start Free button and link your own AWS account to see the panes running against your infrastructure.
Once you have created an account you can see the exact same dashboard design as the demo site running against your own AWS services. If you want to create your own the Generate Panes page in the dashboard will let you produce the exact HTML you need to embed a discovery pane in your own web pages.
