What this pane shows

Backup plans configured in AWS Backup, the resources each plan protects, the most recent job results (succeeded / failed / aborted) and the size of recent recovery points. Plans whose latest jobs are failing or whose protected resource count has dropped are highlighted.

Key use cases

Catch a failing backup job before the next restore-test reveals the gap.
Audit which production resources actually have backups configured.
