Lambda Runtime Deprecation Radar.
Lambda functions on runtimes scheduled for deprecation. When
a runtime hits its block_function_create_at date
AWS stops accepting new functions on it; eventually invocation
stops entirely. Sibling of the Engine Version EOL Radar but
framed in the critical-red palette: this is production-break
risk, not cost pressure.

Single column
Full-width pane — typical for a Lambda-platform dashboard. Hero count in critical-red, per-runtime subhead with days-to-block-create / days-to-disable, drill-down showing the full deprecation timeline.
Two columns
Same pane embedded twice — multi-account portfolio view.
